SQUARE DIFFUSERS
Square diffusers provide crisp, clean lines to any ceiling application
and are abundant in the market place. Raymon-Donco believes the
end user deserves more than to simply fill a hole in the ceiling. Life
cycle costs, including performance, installation and maintenance are
carefully considered in Raymon products. Powder coat paint, deeper
collars, removable faces, standard or bolt slot grid compatibility and
integral plenums provide greater owner value. Innovation, including
round egg crate and round perforated returns, provide new solutions to
old problems.

LINEAR DIFFUSERS
The Raymon-Donco HPL linears, DBG Series bar grilles and RG Series louvered grilles are designed for installation in the ceiling, sidewall or sill and are recommended for supplying heated, ventilated or cooled air and for returning or exhausting room air. The HPL linear is an excellent choice for
continuous linear applications such as perimeter office space where the diffuser can direct air along
the perimeter wall or glass and also toward the occupied area to maximize comfort. The bar grille
series features the DBG100, which is only 1/2” deep and installs easily in new or existing sheetrock.
The RG Series are high quality single and double deflection louvered face grilles.

DISTRIBUTION PLENUMS
Raymon-Donco manufactures distribution plenums for its own linear and most linear
diffusers made by others. The plenums feature fold-up end caps which eliminate the
need to determine left, right, or center sections. This feature, developed by RaymonDonco, has become an industry standard. Various plenum transitions as well as
specialty plenums, including curved applications, are routinely shipped in one or two
weeks.

Raymon-Donco provides the greatest selection of t-bar diffusers in the HVAC industry. Eight distinct models with multiple variations are available to satisfy any
appearance or performance criteria. UL fire rated slot diffusers are also available.
A wide choice of pattern controllers, integral built-in tee bars to support the ceiling
tile, multiple slots of various widths and collars in sizes up to 14” in diameter, provide solutions for every application. And, if it’s custom you want, Raymon has the

LUMINAIRE DIFFUSERS
Raymon-Donco has been a strong manufacturer of luminaire
diffusers (sometimes called light troffer diffusers or “boots”)
since the late 1970’s. The Luminaire diffuser provides modular flexibility, attaches quickly and easily to the light fixture, and
results in air distribution and lighting through one ceiling penetration.
