Light source
60-LED module on a MCPCB (metal core printed circuit board) with
aluminium multilayer heat sink, designed as a system which can be
updated over time.
Two possible optic systems with refractive lenses (impact resistance
rating IK10):
1) optics for street lighting (satisfies ME lighting classes).
2) optics for mixed areas (streets, roundabouts, car parks – satisfies CE lighting
classes).
Operation and Maintenance
This system has been designed to facilitate maintenance operations
without the use of tools. The appliance can by opened by releasing
the special handle on the front and then lowering the bottom frame:
no component actually comes away from the structure. On opening a
disconnector switch automatically cuts of the power supply.
Power supply unit not attached to the LED module and can be replaced
separately.
LED module can be replaced separately.
No maintenance required except for periodical cleaning of the lens to
remove dust and dirt.

Driver
Adjustable electronics with auto diagnostic functions for temperature
control.
Driver optional extras
On request the appliance can be fitted with a special driver with various
optional systems such as:
1) Constant luminous flux control throughout the system's lifetime by
means of current regulation
2) Stand-alone flux adjustment for energy savings on preset seasonal
programs
3) Dimming by means of 1-10V protocol
4) Dimming by means of DALI protocol.
Configurations based on luminous flux output
The appliance is supplied based on luminous flux output, depending on
real lighting needs. All the driver’s automatic adjustments remain active for
each luminous flux output.
LED module designed as an open system which can be updated over time
in relation to technological evolution of the light sources.

Protection of surfaces – technical performance features of the paint
In order to ensure quality and high resistance of articles over time, the
paint products used have the following performance features:
Resistance to QUV
∆E less than 2 after 2,000 hours of exposure according to
testing in compliance with UNI ISO 11507.
This value is certified with certification issued by an
independent body.
Resistance to corrosion
Resistance to salt spray test higher than 1,500 hours according
to testing in compliance with UNI ISO 9227.
This value is certified with certification issued by an
independent body.
Standard paint colour
Dark Grey Matt Metallic (type Neri) and RAL 9007.
Notes
Class I insulation on request.
