China pricing! (CVD & AD)
In 2015, our industry faced the difficulty of Anti-Dumping and Counter-Veiling duties being
placed on PCR and LT Chinese product. Now, as we enter in 2016 we face two more AD/CVD
cases that are undergoing investigation: OTR Tires coming from India, Sri Lanka and China as
well as Truck and Bus Tires coming from China. Both of which will impact the US market.
At this stage for both open cases, the ITC is currently requesting and receiving in data via their
questionaries’ sent out to importers, US producers and foreign producers. From here, the ITC
will compile the data and determine whether there is a reasonable indication of material injury.
This can be expected with 45 days of the petition being filed.
Our industry is no stranger to these cases against Chinese product as more trade restrictions are
being put into place. We continue to look at other opportunities for supply in order to continue
to serve our customers and their product needs.

Updates on NEW Vercelli line:
787 white sidewall - All 12 sizes available now!
Strada I - The grand touring tire covers the major sizes in the passenger and CUV segment—
There are 18 sizes available now and 12 more coming in March 2016. This is the flagship segment for the Vercelli line.
Strada II - The ultimate high performance passenger tire that consists of 35 major sizes from
16”to 22”. This tire will be in production April 2016.
Strada III - The CUV tire—has 12 main sizes in this segment and all are in production now.
Strada IV - The ultra high performance SUV tire , with a brand new tread pattern and sidewall
designs. This tire has 18 main sizes ranging from 20”-26”. 15 sizes (20”-24”) will be in production
late February 2016, and the remaining sizes (26”) will be available late 2016. Exclusive pattern
developed by Dr. Bo Chen!
The new Americus line will have 80 sizes offering in Phase I.
Passenger:
19 sizes under the current R201 pattern (13”-16”) - Available for production April 2016
13 sizes under the current R302 pattern (15”-18”) - Available for production April 2016
Light Truck:
17 sizes under the all-terrain R404 pattern (16”-20”) - Available for production April 2016
10 key sizes under the MT R408 pattern (16”-22”) - Available for production April 2016
10 CLT sizes under the current Americus CLT pattern (15”-18”) - Available now!
11 CUV sizes under the current Americus CUV pattern (16”-18”) - Available now! - 8 more sizes
being added in April

Truck Tires
Thunderer TBR is a premium line consisting all
the key segments for the US market:
Steer/All position: There will be 25 SKUs (including
7.50R16 rib) offered under 4 different patterns for this
segment. For sure you will find what is the best for your
application.
Drive: Both closed shoulder and open shoulder drive
patterns are available with 14 SKUs covering all the key
sizes.
Mixed services: 9 keys sizes are offered under two
patterns for this segment.
30 SKUs will available by March 2016 and over 45 SKUs
will be available by June 2016!
The full line of 53 SKUs will be complete by August 2016.

Customer Service Focus
As we welcome 2016, we also welcome a more focused and restructured
customer service department. Maria Alvarez was recently promoted into the
Supervisor position in order to oversee the processes and procedures of our
service. In addition, Ruby Guajardo was promoted into the Customer Service
Lead position in order to back up Maria, and keep the “wheel running” on daily
service tasks. Both ladies are doing a tremendous job in keeping our CSR
department focused and on task for processing and offering great service to our
customers. We continue to strive to find better ways to offer superior service so
please do not hesitate to contact your salesperson with suggestions or any issues
you encounter. YOU are why we are here!
We have also recently hired a new Customer Service Manager who is undergoing
her training to oversee the entire department and our overall service. Stay
tuned for more information as she learns the AOT way!
American Omni Trading Co. welcomes Travis Darwin to the AOT Sales staff!
Travis was born in Texas and he spent 10 years of his youth working in a family
retail business. He then spent the next 18 years in Healthcare with multiple industry
leaders. He started as a medical equipment technician and manager until he
completed his education at Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina. Upon
graduation he returned to Dallas, Texas and started working as a buyer for a surgery
center in Dallas. His career in the Healthcare Industry included in charge of
overseeing construction for several surgical hospitals, running supply chain
departments, material management for over 10 facilities, Supply Chain Operation
manager for 7 hospitals, then Material Management for 19 healthcare sites as well
as overseeing Capital/Asset departments in 7 States!
Travis brings with him a strong Texas heritage and strong set of family values that
his wife and 3 children hold him to every day. Travis considers himself to be a great
listener and through his listening and questioning abilities he has been able to spur
positive interactions that has helped to break down barriers and increase communications.
We are confident that Travis will be a great addition to our team. He will be asking a
lot of questions most of them smart but not so smart. So bear with him and know
that your best interest is always first on his list!
