1. How to download Java Virtual Machine 3805 or 3810 ?. Note: If can’t run Jvix Real-time.
1. Open Browser IE. Go to website inv1.asiaplus.co.th/update.html (Online Internet) or inv2, inv3
hvix1.asiaplus.co.th/update.html (Ras-Intranet)
intra1.asiaplus.co.th/update.html (Intranet)
2. Select no. 1 Download Microsoft Java Virtual Machine (3805 or 3810)
3. Save file to desktop (msjavx86-3805.exe or msjavx86-3810.exe).
4. Run program (msjavx86-3805.exe or msjavx86-3810.exe).
5. Other program can install.(Acrobat Reader, Mozilla Firefox)
6. Note: If the Jvix Real-time dose not run correctly, you can click to download and install java.
Steps to install the Microsoft Virtual Machine:
1. Download the file using the links above and save it to your harddrive.
2. Once the file is on your harddrive, execute it and thus load the Virtual Machine.
3. As the file begins execution, answer Yes to the License Agreement question and then once
complete, re-boot your PC. Once the PC is re-booted you should be set to go.

2. How to install on Window XP Service Pack 2 (with security manager).?
1. Open browser Internet Explorer (IE). Click menu Tools / Internet Options.
2. See popup window Internet Options, Click tab Security.
3. Click button Custom Level.
4. See picture below.
5. Change radio button in item “Download unsigned ActiveX controls” to Enable
6. Change radio button in item Java permission “Disable Java” to “High or Medium Safety”.
6. Click button OK and confirm Yes to change it. Click button Apply and button OK to close window.
7. Goto website AST “ http://www.asiaplus.co.th “ and login again.
8. Click section Reatime to online trading. You will see popup windows Jvix Loader “0 –> 100 %”

9. After finish. You will see popup window to run Jvix Realtime.
10. Move mouse to the top of window and click massage information protect or “I”
other message
11. Select item “Allow this page to install ActiveX controls” or “Install ActiveX Controls”.
12. Wait for install or Click button Install to Jvix Realtime
13. After finish. You will see program Jvix Realtime on your screen.

3. How to reinstall Jvix Real-time ?. If you have problem bug.
1. Open folder c:\windows\Download Program Files. (If exist file, Not found next)
2. Click mouse right to select file "Jvix Realtime by Surasak.AST"
3. Select item Remove from popup window. See picture below.
4. Open folder c:\windows\java\lib.
5. Delete folder in directory lib (com, common, corejava, Surasak).
6. Restart machine again. (windows 98, Me, 2000, XP)

[Additional Option, If you have sun java runtime environment(jre) ]
7. Open browser Internet Explorer(IE)
8. Click menu Tools / Internet Options
9. See popup window Internet Options, click tab advance.
10. Uncheckbox from item Java(Sun)
11. Select checkbox from Microsoft VM (Java Console)
12. If your machine use window ME, Please uncheck box from JIT compiler.
13. Click button apply and ok
14. Goto website www.asiaplus.co.th and run Real-time again.
NOTE :
If you want to use Sun Java Runtime Environment(JRE) on other operating system(Linux, Sun,...).
1. Goto Website http://java.sun.com
2. Download the lastest version JRE. Recommend Version 1.4.2 or higher
(old version some bug)
3. After install, you must checkbox item Use Java from section Java (Sun)
4. Uncheckbox all in section Microsoft VM

4. How to reinstall EQUIS Metastock Online (Technical Analyst) ?.
1 Open folder c:\windows\Download Program Files. (If exist file, Not found next)
2 Click mouse right to select file "Metastock Online (EQUIS)"
3 Select item Remove from popup window. See picture below.
4 Open folder c:\windows\java\lib.
5. Delete folder in directory lib (equis).
6. Goto website www.asiaplus.co.th and click to technical analyst again.
NOTE :
If you can install and run. But display error “no data”. Please check date time on your computer.
It’s must current date.
