END LIGHT FIBER
Solid-Core End Light Fiber uses a patented process to
transmit light through the fiber strand, which is coated
in a black PVC jacketing. The material is resistant against
heat, weather, and vibration. When coupled with a
light source, the long-life End Light Fiber is suitable for
applications otherwise impossible to achieve through
conventional lighting systems.

• Low ambient light levels enhance Optical Fibers effects
• Always add buffer for bends and flexibility to adjust slack - especially for installations near water
• Intensity of light diminishes over distance
• Minimum bend radius = 8 times the diameter of fiber size (ie: 1/2" Fiber bend radius = 4")
• Optical Fiber will discolour and lose ability to transmit light if exposed to UV for extensive amount of time - always
encase in UV stabilized tubing or heat shrink

•Where can I buy your products?
•Why do LEDs lack colour consistency?
BL Innovative Lighting has established a world-wide network of distribution and
sales reps to serve you. Feel free give us a call directly, or check our website
to locate a representative in your area. We are always available to provide
technical assistance, create a bill of materials or to discuss your design ideas.
We welcome any questions you may have.
During manufacturing, variations in materials and processes may cause
noticeable differences in LED colour rendering. Over time, LED chips degrade
and slowly dim out. BL Innovative Lighting uses a binning system to insure high
standards for colour consistency (batch numbers are tracked with samples so
that we can ensure a batch match to current stock).
•Do you have a showroom? Can I come see your products?
•Is there a minimum order quantity, and what is your
prepaid freight amount?
Visits to our office are always welcome, in fact, we encourage it. We are
happy to provide product demonstrations of our lighting, as our staff are well
equipped to provide technical support for your project. We encourage our
clients to request product samples for mock ups. Larger sample orders require
a 50% deposit and a 30-day return policy.
•What is the warranty on your products and what is your
return policy?
We provide a one-year warranty on all of our products. Custom-built lighting is
non-refundable, nor are returns based on the colour of LED. Returns for credit
against other lighting products are considered for up to six months past the
invoice or ship date. There is a 30% re-stocking fee for items returned.
•What certifications do your products have?
Our specialty lighting products conform to the Canadian/US Standards (CSA/
UL and CETL/ETL Certified).
•What is the lead time from time of purchasing?
Most orders ship within 24 - 48 hours, since we stock locally. Please note that
larger projects or non-stock items may require longer lead times.
We are happy to provide you with whatever you require, no matter how small.
Freight shipments net amount 2000 USD and greater will be paid by BL
Innovative Lighting, and processed by carrier’s ground service.
•How can I dim my LED lighting?
BL Innovative Lighting utilizes 0-10V and MLV dimming for single colour LEDs.
Our dimmable LED drivers support 0-10V sinking control. Some LEDs can also
be dimmed with Magnetic DC Dimmable Transformer and Magnetic Low Voltage
(MLV) dimmers. BL Innovative Lighting uses DMX protocol for RGB LED lighting
control. Consult with your lighting designer to determine which method works
best for you.
•Why use Surge Protection?
LED lighting contains electronic components. Voltage spikes cause damage to
the lighting system which can lead to premature failure. Fluctuations in voltage
can be caused by running a heavy appliance on the same electrical circuit as
the LED lighting (e.g. turning on a vacuum cleaner). Surge protectors limit the
voltage supplied to an LED driver or transformer by diverting or grounding any
unwanted voltage. Please contact us for additional technical information.
