• Fastest turn-times in the industry – imprint approval in 5 days or less, orders shipped in 10 days

Distributor Instructions:
Before you begin creating a private label, set up the unique product part number(s) for your
customer in your system.
• The part number(s) you assign must be unique to each customer and each product.
• You must use the unique customer part number(s) when ordering private label products from Honeywell.
• Maximum of 18 characters per customer part number. Part numbers must be upper case with no spaces.
(For example: TH8110CLIMATRON).
• Do not use Honeywell part number(s) for your customer part numbers. We suggest using a variation such as the example above.
• Orders are placed in case quantities.

• Log on to http://customer.honeywell.com (US)
or customer.honeywell.ca (Canada) using your Distributor Account
Number and password**.
• Private label orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
• Hover over Support and Resources at the top of the screen.
• Click on the “Private Label Program” link under “Residential” to the
right of the screen.
• Under “In This Secton” click on Private Label Program.
• In “Private Label Program” box, click on “Click Here” to get started.
• Follow the online instructions for label and part number set up and
order placement.
To Drop Ship to Contractor –
Freight Free
• Submit a standalone purchase order for the private labeled
thermostat unique part number(s) only. If other products are
included on the purchase order the private labeled thermostats
will be shipped to the distributor.
• Enter Market Code TPLP clearly on your standalone purchase
order. If placing your order via the B2B website, enter Market
Code TPLP in the Code field.

or customer.honeywell.ca (Canada).
***Payment may be made using Distributor MDF, Contractor PRO
points, or invoice to the distributor.
• Private label thermostat orders require a 10 business day
lead time to build and have available to ship. The lead time
begins when the submitted label and part number(s) have
been approved and Honeywell has received a purchase order
from the distributor for the product.
• Private labeled orders will be shipped directly from the factory
to the distributor unless drop ship to the contractor is required.
• Text changes to the label after it has been approved requires
an entirely new label set up and the distributor or contractor will be
charged a new set-up charge of $85.00***. The distributor must
purchase all labeled products in the process of being built or
in-transit. Contact your Honeywell sales representative for
assistance with the label transition.
• All private label requests must conform to Honeywell standards.
Honeywell reserves the right to deny any private label request at
its own discretion.
• Any inventory in the channel (in the factory or in transit) is the responsibility of the wholesaler/distributor. Honeywell will not be liable for any inventory in the channel.
• By ordering private labeled thermostats, you are agreeing to the
terms stated in the Private Label Program. Honeywell reserves the
right to change or cancel this program without notice.
