Stainless Steel and Painted Steel Cabinet Construction Detail
Jamestown Metal Products cabinets are made from heavy gauge steel. They are fully
welded and constructed for decades of performance. Base units have a load capacity of
500 lbs per linear foot. All cabinets are available in a full stainless steel construction. Our
standard cabinet construction is of a Type #304 stainless steel with #4 finish. We can
also build a Type #316 cabinet as well. Our environmentally friendly powder coat finish,
for our line of painted steel cabinets, is available in seventeen designer colors. We bring
quality, durability and beauty to your laboratory.

The polyethylene scope racking
provides for the safe drying support
and storage of these sensitive
medical devices. Cabinets are
furnished with a plastic drip tray. The
sloped top can be supplied with or
without a powered drying mechanism.
The powered drying mechanism
consists of a 120 volt, 0.55 Amp fan
motor to gently air dry the
endoscopes. Fan motor must be
hard wired to a power source and
timer switch.

Our sterile pack tables allow a work area to be flexible and mobile. We have many standard sizes and can
create most any custom configuration. Tables are constructed from Type #304 2” x 2” stainless tubular steel.
Table work surfaces are 1 1/4” thick Type #304 stainless steel. Tables come standard with nylon leveling feet.

& Communication Center
Nurse Document and Communication Centers provide a universal control hub for
advanced video and communications integration and other technologies both
within and outside the operating room, optional teleconferencing, surgical and
room lighting control and more. Phone, computer, video and electrical junction
boxes are provided at convenient access points throughout the cabinet. A pull
out, stow away shelf is built within the base design to permit the circulating nurse
to face the surgical field during use.
Options Available: Sloped tops, detachable base, trim kits, extra shelves, monitor
mount arms and more are available to be added to the base designs as required
to best suit your clinical needs.

Deck Mounted Mixing Valve for Optimal Temperature Control
A highly visible, deck mounted mixing valve provides simple temperature control. Our deep sloped sink design minimizes splash,
while splash dividers prevent cross-sink contamination. Chrome
plated brass gooseneck faucet(s) create wide, “rosette-style” spray
or steady stream dependent upon user preference. Large 1-1/2”
drain(s) promote efficient water drainage during heavy use scrub
cycles.
