BREADBOARD POWER SUPPLY: Breadboared Power Supply can be controlled by the Computer USB or giving direct 12 V from the Adaptor. It has a dual Option of Power Supplies. Output of this board is the optional voltages which would drive the other attached circuits. Two different Output can be obtained from the BreadBoard Power Supply. It is capable of providing a fixed output voltage and a variable output voltage between the range of 1.8V to 12V. It is suitable for any Hobby Projects. www.researchdesignlab.com Page 4 BREAD BOARD POWER SUPPLY FEATURES: 2 options of Power-Supply to the Breadboard Power Supply(USB from Computer & 12 from the Adaptor) Provides Fixed Output Voltage. Provides Variable Output Voltage ranging from 1.8V to 12V. Compatible to use for any Boards for Hobby Projects. The Output Voltage we will be getting is 1.8V at the Output 1 side. Obtaining 3.3V: The following picture shows how to obtain 3.3V Output Voltage from the Board.Just Set up the jumpers as shown in the picture shorting VR & OP1 and 3.3V & pin below that. The Output Voltage we will be getting is 3.3V at the Output 1 side. www.researchdesignlab.com Page 12 BREAD BOARD POWER SUPPLY Obtaining 5V: The following picture shows how to obtain 5V Output Voltage from the Board.Just Set up the jumpers as shown in the picture shorting OP1 & 5V. The Output Voltage we will be getting is 5V at the Output 1 side. Obtaining 9V: The following picture shows how to obtain 9V Output Voltage from the Board.Just Set up the jumpers as shown in the picture shorting OP1 & VR and Shorting the 9V pins. The Output Voltage we will be getting is 9V at the Output 1 side. www.researchdesignlab.com Page 13 BREAD BOARD POWER SUPPLY Obtaining 12V: The following picture shows how to obtain 12V Output Voltage from the Board.Just Set up the jumpers as shown in the picture shorting OP1 & VR and 12V pins. The Output Voltage we will be getting is 12V at Output 1 side. Obtaining Variable Voltage: The following picture shows how to obtain Variable Output Voltage from the Board ranging from 1.8V to 12V depending upon the value of the Potentiometer. Just Set up the jumpers as shown in the picture shorting OP1 & VR and pins besides the Potentiometer. The Output Voltage we will be getting is Variable Output Voltage ranging from 1.8V to 12V at Output 1 side, depending upon the value of the Potentiometer. Similarly, the output can be taken from the Output 2 side also. For Taking the Output Voltage from the Output 2 side, then just replace the jumper from VR & OP1 to VR & OP2 besides it and follow the same for different Output Voltage and Variable Voltage. www.researchdesignlab.com Page 14
