Catheter Manufacturing System
• The Vante PIRF® II system, utilizing precision energy
control and heat placement, is specifically designed for
small profile catheter manufacturing.
• A proprietary mold design concentrates heat to an area
as small as 1mm for tipping and butt weld applications.
• The temperature control and precise heat placement of
this system are especially critical in controlling flash
and achieving quality welds of braided materials as well
as materials with significant durometer differences.
• The Vante PIRF® II system consists of a model 3220 RF
generator and one of three forming platforms, depending
on requirements of the specific application.
• All platforms can be teamed with a variety of tipping,
welding, and forming molds for different applications.
• This product has been sunsetted and is therefore made
to order and available for existing customers only.
