The organizing committee can help you with finding accommodation for the
event. Inquiries must be sent to the accommodation office by 15/11/2013.

The OC offers following accommodation (breakfast included):
Holiday Club Kuusamon Tropiikki, distance to the venue 25 km, 150 "/double
room and 127 "/single room
Please, notice that there are limited amount of rooms available.
Additionally, the OC can offer you holiday cottages and apartments at Ruka 2-5
km from the venue on request (accommodation only, no meals included).
6. Transport
•
Official airport: Kuusamo.
There is an airport shuttle from Kuusamo Airport – Hotel Kuusamon Tropiikki –
Ruka Village for the price of 10 "/one-way.

Shuttle service
Ski Bus is available between the Hotel Kuusamon Tropiikki and Ruka Village.
Bus is free of charge with the media accreditation.

By car: Oberstdorf is easily and quickly accessible by car due to a welldeveloped road and highway network. The Allgäu region is connected to all of
Germany and Austria via the two highways A7 and A96 to the West, North and
East. Due to the extension of the two-lane highway (B19) to Sonthofen, a fast
journey from Kempten to Oberstdorf is guaranteed.
