INVITATION TO TENDER

Kenya Medical Research Institute invites tenders for supply, and delivery of goods and services listed below for the indicated financial period for the TUMIKIA project.

The TUMIKIA Project, is a partnership between KEMRI, the London School of Hygiene

& Tropical Medicine, Evidence Action and the Ministry of Health, Kwale County

Government. The project aims to determine whether combining school- and community-based deworming is more effective at controlling and eliminating soiltransmitted helminths (intestinal worms) than school-based deworming alone. It was started in 2015 and operates in Kwale County.

Completed tender documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked the tender numbers only without identifying the sender should be deposited in the tender box at the Reception Area of the KEMRI Center for Microbiology Research (CMR) Kwale.

KEMRI may terminate the procurement proceedings prior to entering into a contract and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders, without being bound to give reasons for its decision or incurring any liability. The Institute is also not obligated to award to the firm that offers the lowest price.
