COLOR, 7th Edition of FGC areers 4 U Newspaper!
3,000 papers (in full color) will be distributed to all current students beginning on August 16, 2012 during Move-In
Weekend, and Week of Welcome. All newsletters will remain on stands throughout the 2012-2013 year, and distributed throughout FGCU’s campus, and offices.
Spacing in the publication will be limited, and will be issued on a first come basis. All artwork and payments must be received to guarantee your spot.

Payment and Artwork Received:
Artwork and full payment must be received by noon, on Friday, July 13, 2012 – this is the final deadline .
Advertisements will be sold on a first come basis (with limited space). Until all payment and artwork is received, your advertisement will not be confirmed. If your advertisement is pending confirmation, there is still risk that it will be bumped for a confirmed advertisement should availability become an issue. Please send the
2012-2013 registration form which will indicate space you are interested in. Payment information is on the form.

Special Pricing for Non-Profits: Career Development Services strives to keep recruiting affordable for all companies and seeks the most competitive printing prices. Our pricing is enough to cover print production; therefore, we do not offer a special discount for non-profits.

Artwork Requirements: In order to ensure best possible quality of print and to avoid additional printing charges, it is vital that all artwork meet the following print requirements. Absolutely no Word or Publisher Files will be accepted. Please no screen shots of work. All artwork must be a minimum of 300 DPI (Dots per Inch). All artwork and full payment must be received by noon; on Friday, July 13, 2012 this is the final deadline.
Acceptable Formats:
High-Resolution PDF files with TYPE AND GRAPHICS EMBEDDED. Be certain that any black type is set to
100% Black only, not a CMYK build of Black.
EPS files with fonts converted to outlines - once again if there is black type, be certain that the type is just in black and not a CMYK build of black.
TIFF files - be certain that black type is only in black and not a CMYK build of black.
