QUESTIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS
Q1: (RFI 7 McCarthy) The Window Schedule and the Curtain Wall Schedule are missing from the Bid Documents:
A1: The exterior windows are fully described in the specifications and in the drawings A300 series.
The Interior Relite (or Window) Schedule is located in the specifications after Section 089100.

Q2: (RFI) We would like to bid on the AV and Stage scopes for the SF City College. There are AV plans, but no
specs? Please advise.
A2: Please review specifications section 01 1000 Item 1.4D, E, F, & G, 269098 and 269099 and the electrical
specifications. The specifications give a complete outline of the roles under the CCSF-PAC base bid.
The infrastructure (conduits/backboxes) for the AV system is being installed under this contract (Group I). The wiring,
faceplates and equipment are to be provided under a separate contract (Group II) that the Owner will be bidding later
in the project. We anticipate this bidding effort for Group II to be roughly January 2014.
