The Thüringer Energie AG undertakes to comply with the provision of working gas volumes as well as exit and entry volumes to the Storage Customer at the UGS Allmenhausen as per the following storage period and quantities:

The use of the provided working gas volumes as well as associated exit and entry volumes shall be based on the terms and conditions of the Storage Operator TEP Thüringer Energie
Speichergesellschaft mbH in its updated version made available on www.speichergesellschaft.de.
The billing of the storage packages shall be based on the realised auction price of the „Speicherkunde“ GmbH on the Store-X internet platform.
On 15 June, 15 September, 15 December and 15 March, the Thüringer Energie AG will bill one quarter of the annual billing amount each time to the Storage Customer. The annual billing amount is yielded from the multiplication of the number of reserved storage pack- ages and the price quote of the „Speicherkunde“ GmbH. The invoice amount is to be settled by the Storage Customer by the 30 th
calendar day of the appropriate month.
In the event that the injected gas on the storage account of the Storage Customer has not expired to zero (0) by the end of the contract duration, the remaining volumes will be allocated as follows: maximum entry volumes of the remaining gas volumes as per characteristic curves of the storage plant Allmenhausen valued at the settlement price of the corresponding entry day („Natural Gas Daily Reference Price“ -->Gaspool, see www.eex.com) reduced by the amount of 1 Euro/MWh. The resulting amount will be reimbursed to the Storage Customer.
