We began testing LEDs long before LED
technology caught up to today’s rigorous out-
door requirements knowing full well one day– in
the near future–decorative outdoor lighting and
LED technology would come together as one
and become UNRIVALED.™
The future is here today with the introduction of
our extensive UNRIVALED™ luminaire family.
Our “State of the Art” LED assembly process
undergoes vigorous quality control tests daily to
insure it meets Sternberg quality standards.
The lens is hinged with a stainless steel pin and secured with
a tool-less stainless steel spring latch.
Energy Savings
Designed to reduce energy consumption by at
least 50% when converting from HID fixtures to
LED, all UNRIVALED™ fixtures meet the L70
standard at 70,000 hours, longer than most
decorative LED systems available today.
For the higher power LED
sources, the luminaire is
provided with optimized
cast aluminum heat sink
fins* on the housing to
provide maximum life
and performance.
Maximized efficiency
The 1914LED utilizes high output, high brightness
LEDs designed to be mounted in arrays, on printed circuit boards to maximize heat transfer to the
heat sink surface. The LEDs are environmentally
friendly and 100% recyclable because they
contain no lead, mercury or any other hazardous
substances and are RoHS compliant.

THE MOST ADVANCED LED SYSTEM ON THE PLANET
Optics and performance
The 1914LED Libertyville is provided with individual, acrylic,
refractor type optics applied to each LED. Type 3 or 5 light distribution is available per the IESNA classifications. Testing is done in
accordance with IESNA LM-79-08.
This luminaire meets the requirements for 0% uplight depending
on options.
The LED arrays are built in series-parallel circuits which maintain
overall light output in the event of single LED failures. The HIgh
Performance white leds have a life expectancy of approximately
70,000 hours with not less than 70% of original brightness (lumen
maintenance), rated at 250C. The High Brightness, High Output
LEDs are 4500K (3500K or 6000K option) color temperature with
a minimum of 75 CRI.

longevity. It is supplied with a quick-disconnect
electrical connector on the power supply, providing
easy power connections.

All products to be coated shall receive a 96 second
Alkaline cleaner application followed by a 48 second fresh
water rinse at ambient temperature.
Shall be a 60 second Phosphoric Acid 4% solution treatment with a Fluoride accelerant followed by a 48 second
reverse osmosis water rinse at ambient temperature. The
rinse will be followed by a high pressure air spray to
remove all moisture from the product.
Shall be a 48 second Non-Chrome Polymer sealer
application.

Stage VI:
Shall start with 16 minutes in a drying oven at 400
degrees.
Shall be an electro-static application of polyester powder
in a downdraft spray booth and applied by articulated
robotic arm sprayer and over sprayed by an application
technician. Polyester powder over spray shall be recoverable and reusable.
Shall be 25 minutes oven curing at 450 degrees to
harden the powder finish and create final appearance and
adhesion to the substrate. Curing shall be followed by 9.5
minutes in a cooling tunnel to prepare for un-racking.
Pre -Treatment and curing processes shall be followed by quality checks for adhesion using a cross-hatch test and for proper curing by means of
a solvent rub test. Coatings process shall meet or exceed AAMA-2604-05 standard.
