MANUFACTURERS LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants that if its synthetic turf products proves to be defective in material or workmanship, resulting in premature wear, during ordinary and normal use of the product(s) within EIGHT YEARS (8 Years) from the date of completion of installation.
UV Light Protection: The product has been treated with a protective coating for Ultra Violet light protection. This warranty further covers any premature degradation from exposure to ultra violet light radiation from normal exposure to the sun within 8 years from the
date of completion of installation.
Pursuant to the terms and protections of this Warranty, the manufacturer, will, at their option, either repair or replace any affected
area without charge (no cash refunds). This warranty shall be in full force and effect for installations made at or below 5000 feet
above sea level and in global areas where sun radiation levels are 105 kilo-langleys per year or less, unless further endorsed in
writing.
This Warranty does not come into effect until installation is complete and this certificate is sent for signature and validation to the
corporate offices of A.T.S.. This must be done within 30 days of installation. This warranty is limited to the remedies of repair or
replacement and this remedy shall be the exclusive remedy available under this Warranty and all other remedies and legal recourse,
whether at law or equity are hereby waived by Purchaser. A.T.S., its representatives, distributors and agents shall have no further
liability or obligations for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product including, but not
limited to, damages for economic loss, personal injury or other damages. In the event that an area is replaced during the warranty
period, that repaired area shall be covered by this warranty for the remaining unexpired time period from the original installation of
that particular project.
EXCLUSIONS: THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
• Damage resulting from failure to maintain the product in accordance with the owners manual and instructions
provided to the purchaser.
• Damages resulting from accident, misuse, poor maintenance, abuse, neglect or from anything other than normal wear and tear and use of the product.
• Damages due to external causes which include, but are not limited to, the application of chemicals, cleaning
agents, solvents, dirt, traffic, normal matting, abuse, misuse, negligence, vandalism, fire, flood, acts of God
and improper care.
• Damage resulting from repair or attempted repair by anyone but an authorized A.T.S. representative or authorized 3rd party service person.
A.T.S. disclaims liability for incidental and consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty, including any implied warranty of merchantability, with respect to the product. The Buyer acknowledges that quality of materials and components and
discount and reduced pricing is available because of the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty.
