5-YEAR WARRANTY CONDITIONS FOR THE INTRA LIGHTING PRODUCTS

1.1
The company Intra Lighting (hereinafter also: Manufacturer) offers a 5-year warranty to the buyers of
its products under conditions set out hereafter.
1.2
The 5-year warranty applies to the functional defects of the Intra lighting products (hereinafter:
products) resulting from the defectiveness of the material being used or irregularities in the Intra
lighting production process, provided that the product is mounted and used in accordance with the
Manufacturer's instructions and requirements set out hereafter.
2.0
2.1
Each Intra's buyer of the Intra lighting products, who has fulfilled all maturing liabilities, may ask for
the 5-year warranty for the products from the invoice within 90 days of the payment date, by filling
out the application for the 5-year warranty according to the instructions on the website www.intralighting.com.
2.2
Instead of the Intra's buyer, a third party (for example, a subsequent buyer, etc., hereinafter: third
party) may also apply for the 5-year warranty for the same product(s) in accordance with these
Conditions who may acquire rights from the 5-year warranty but mostly to the extent acquired by the
Intra's buyer.
The condition to treat the application is that each of the brackets marked with asterisk (*) is filled out.
It is required that the third party indicates at least the number and the date of the invoice issued to
the Intra's buyer and the ID number of the product for products that are subject of his/her application
for the 5-year warranty.
2.3
After the application has been successfully delivered, the Manufacturer may give the Intra's buyer or a
third party (hereinafter: entitled person) the 5-year warranty certificate for the Intra lighting products
within 4 weeks where he/she shall indicate the products that are given the 5-year warranty, the expiry
date of the warranty and warranty validity conditions. If the expiry date of the warranty is not
specifically provided, it shall be considered that the warranty will expire after the expiration of 5 years
from the date of the invoice issued to the Intra's buyer.
3.0
3.1
Products, for which the warranty provided in the clause 2.2 is given, the Manufacturer will repair or
replace at its discretion with the products of the same type and, at least, the same quality at its
headquarters at its own expense.
3.2
The Intra lighting will not cover the expenses of neither transport, nor delivery, nor assembling or any
other similar expenses.
4.0
4.1
The application for the 5-year warranty is to be delivered by the Intra lighting buyer or a third party
only for the products purchased after 1 April 2011.

5.0
5.1.
The 5-year warranty shall apply under following conditions:
- The product has been mounted by a person authorized by the Intra lighting and in accordance with
the Manufacturer's instructions;
- The maintenance work on the product has been conducted by a person authorized by the Intra
lighting in accordance with the Manufacturer's instructions;
- The product has been using the lighting sources that correspond to the IEC specifications;
- The temperature and voltage have never exceeded the limit values for electrical components;
- The product has never been subjected to the loads that are inconsistent with its normal use.
5.2
The 5-year warranty for LED luminaires shall apply under the conditions specified in the clause 5.1
and to the use that does not exceed 50000 hours, provided that the voltage complies with the local
standards.
5.3
The 5-year warranty shall apply only to the normal use of the product.
The use is considered as normal if the following requirements are fulfilled cumulatively:
a) For the voltage range of 230V, the electrical installations shall not be subject to the variation in
voltage greater than 230V +/- 10%;
b) For the voltage range of 220V, the electrical installations shall not be subject to the variation in
voltage greater than 220V + - 10%;
c) For the voltage range of 110V, the electrical installations shall not be subject to the variation in
voltage greater than 110V +/- 10%;
d) The range of the temperature where the product is used shall be 25°C +-5°C, unless otherwise
specified on the product.
e) The relative humidity shall not exceed 80%, and if a certain IP value is provided on the product, it
shall not be exceeded.
6.0
6.1
The 5-year warranty shall not apply in the event of:
1. The product is not used in accordance with the Manufacturer's instructions;
2. The product is used for purposes other than those for which it was designed;
3. The incorrect assembly of the product;
4. Mechanical damage and faults caused by the Buyer's or third party's incorrect handling of the
product;
5. Damage and faults caused by natural disasters (lightning, earthquake, fire, floods etc.);
6. Damage and faults caused by the incorrect electrical voltage (for example, electrical stroke and
similar);
7. Repairs and interventions in products by unauthorized persons;
8. Any modifications of the product.
6.2
The 5-year warranty shall not cover:
- Any damages (direct, indirect, and similar) resulting from mistakes provided in the clause 1.2;
- Any expenses resulting from repairing or replacing the product, especially regarding transport,
delivery, assembling, etc.;
- The decreasing of luminous flux in the case of the LED modules up to 0,6% every 1000 hours of the
use.
7.0
7.1
The compliance with the conditions of the clauses 5.0 and 6.0 shall be proved by the entitled person
of the 5-year warranty certificate.

8.0
8.1
Regarding the issues that are not dealt by the conditions or the certificate, the General Conditions of
the Contract by the company Intra Lighting d.o.o. shall apply that also applied at the time of the issue
of the certificate.
8.2
With the delivery of the application from the clause 2.1, the Buyer confirms that he or she is familiar
with the General conditions of the Contract by the Company Intra lighting and agrees, without
reservation, with the abovementioned provisions.
