ongratulations on your purchase of Onspot – a quality product you will derive a lot of
benefit from for many years ahead. VBG GROUP TRUCK EQUIPMENT AB issues a 2 year
factory warranty for material or manufacturing faults, and a 6 month repurchase guarantee.
All the warranties follow along with the product if the vehicle is sold.
The factory warranty is valid for products invoiced between the above dates for 24 months
from the delivery/installation date. Product claims will not be met if the product shows signs
of damage resulting from incorrect use, maintenance or installation. This also applies in the
case of reversing or running into ditches etc., or if any drilling or welding work has been carried out. The warranty does not cover liability for any direct or indirect damage to persons or
property, downtimes or breakdowns.
The repurchase guarantee is valid for 6 months from the delivery/installation date. Within
this period the purchaser is entitled to return the product to the place of purchase and receive
the value of the product. This guarantee does not cover installation or dismantling costs, and
is not valid for incorrect use, maintenance or installation.
For the warranties/guarantee to be valid the registration card must be returned within two
weeks of installation. In the event of a claim, please contact the original dealer.
