Dear Students and Parents,
The following is our second menu for the year and I wanted to thank those of you who
partake in the hot lunch program. It really takes a team of people at the school to make
the lunch program work and I am grateful for all the efforts that everyone puts forward to
allow our kids to have a hot lunch program. That being said, it is very important when a
deadline is given, to please get your menu selections back to the school on time. This is
vital for several reasons, it is important that we order the proper quantities of food for
everyone, as well as allowing the people serving the food to accurately prepare menu
items on a per class/lunch period basis. Finally, on a personal note, it is important that I
have time to manually enter all of the menu selections into our record keeping system and
hopefully only have to print it off once! Thank you for your consideration and I look
forward to a great year.
P.S. If you selected the full year option with the last menu, I have notated that and do not
need menus from those people. Thank you!
