Modular and ductable air handling terminal units
Construction features
• Air handling terminal unit: with modules for horizontal installation with or without
ducting.
• Structure: made of galvanised sheet steel, with fully removable pre-painted
sheet steel panelling, complete with self-extinguishing thermo-acoustic
insulation.
• BA 2R, BA 4R, BA 6R module: complete with pleated filter in 2 sections with
degree of efficiency G3, can be slid out in all directions; heat exchanger with
finned coil, with 2 or 4 or 6 rows with reversible right-hand connections;
condensation drain pan with natural drainage.
• BA DX module:direct expansion 4-row heat exchanger with finned coil for R410a
refrigerant in cooling only version or to be combined with a reversible heat
pump; condensation drain pan with natural drainage.
Combined with the SV-EC Module.
• SV fan module:complete with centrifugal fan with double inlet with motor (IP55)
directly coupled, 3-speed for models 015-038; 2-speed for model 051; with
4-pole single speed motor (4/6 or 4/8 poles on request) coupled by means of
trapezoidal belt and variable pulley for models 078-150.
• SV-EC fan module option: complete with a fan with a new brushless-DC
motor with an external rotor up to model 051; with inverter adjustable
motors for models 078-150.
• Electrical panel: standard for models 051-150; accessory for models 015-038.
Accessory modules
• Inlet/outlet plenum with pre-cut side outlets (PMA).
• Plenum with absorbent cartridge silencer to be placed for inlet or outlet (SIL).
• Plenum with steam humidifier and external electric generator (MUV - PRV).
Module with F7 high efficiency filter (combines with SV-EC).
Accessories supplied separately
• Additional water heating coil to be inserted in module BA.
• Additional electrical heater from 1.5 kW to 36 kW, to be inserted in module BA.
• Droplet eliminator for models 078-150, to be inserted in module BA.
• Combined fresh air damper (max 25%) and re-circulation, to be attached to the
PMA inlet plenum.
• Solid pre-cut panel for connection to duct, to be attached to the PMA inlet/outlet
plenum.
• Panel with rectangular outlet nozzle with double row of adjustable fins, to be
attached to PMA flow plenum.
• Panel with circular nozzles, to be attached to PMA inlet/outlet plenum (only for
models 015-051).
• Manual control for KSER damper.
• Electrical panel in waterproof box (IP55 for UTNA 015-038).

Full Control Kit
The Full Control kit allows integrated management of all the functions in the UTNA,
guaranteeing total control of room comfort in a simple and complete manner:
• Easy installation: all the components are pre-assembled, wired and
tested by Rhoss.
• Easy to use: intuitive and user friendly functions and menus.
• Weekly time schedule that can be set.
• Easy start up: elements are pre-calibrated and pre-set in the factory.
The following functions are present according to the selected machine
composition:
• S1: damper control combined with outdoor air/recirculation actuator (with KSER).
• PDP: dirty filters signal differential pressure switch (standard).
• TAG: mixed coil antifreeze thermostat management (with BA2R; BA4R; BA6R).
• TM: air flow limit temperature probe (standard).
• TUAMB: room temperature/humidity probe for air unit set-point management
with MUV and PRV.
• V1: mixed coil fluid regulation kit with 3-way valve and servo-command (with
BA2R; BA4R; BA6R).
• V2: post-heating coil fluid regulation kit with 3-way valve and servo-command
(with KB2R).
• VDX: direct expansion coil regulation.
• RE: additional electrical heater regulation (with KR).
• PRV: modulating steam humidifier management (with MUV and PRV).
• VM: flow fan management (standard).
• VM_EC: BRUSHLESS EC Motor flow fan management.
• RU: ambient control panel (standard).
