General description
The 3DCM681 camera module is a highly miniaturized, compact, high performance and easy-to-use CMOS
camera for space applications.
It embeds a high resolution CMOS image sensor offering a host of features, including a programmable resolution,
gain amplifier and offset regulation.
The camera comes with an FPGA, volatile and non-volatile memories for a full resolution operation, making it
suitable for a large range of applications while ensuring outstanding image quality.
The camera is packaged through 3D PLUS MCM technology qualified for harsh environment applications
(vibrations, mechanical shocks).
