RSC President’s Message May 2015
Greetings!
It looks we jumped into summer rather quickly, so now we want to think about SNOW and maybe
that will help cool us off. Mark your calendars for Monday, August 10 for the annual Trip Kick-off
Social at Independence Golf Club. Trip leaders will be present to provide trip details, collect trip
applications and deposits. Be sure to ask questions and see which trip is right for you. Membership
will also be on hand so you can renew or join on-the-spot. You must be a current member in order
to sign up for a trip. Specific event details and additional reminders will be in the August Pacesetter (the Trip edition), a hard copy of which will be mailed to all members.
While you are enjoying summer activities, be sure to do it safely. Stay hydrated, keep your sunscreen on hand, respect the water and keep an eye on your pets, too. Have fun!
