The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Four, will conduct a Public Hearing regarding the Project Development and
Environment (PD&E) Study of SR 9/I-95 at PGA Boulevard/Central Boulevard, in Palm Beach County, Florida. The Public Hearing will
be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2016, starting with an open house at 5:30 p.m., at the City of Palm Beach Gardens Council
Chambers, 10500 North Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33410. A formal presentation will begin at 6:00 p.m., followed
by a comment period. In the event that the Public Hearing cannot be held on September 28, 2016, due to severe weather or other
unforeseen conditions, it will be held on the alternate date of Thursday, October 13, 2016, at the same time and location.
The Public Hearing is being conducted to give interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual
design, and social, economic, and environmental effect of the
proposed improvements.
Draft project documents will be available for public review from
September 7, 2016, to October 13, 2016, at the following
locations:

Hearing. Persons wishing to submit written statements or other
exhibits, in place of or in addition to oral statements, may do so
at the hearing or by sending them to Bing Wang, PE at the
contact information below. All exhibits or statements postmarked
on or before October 13, 2016, will become part of the public
hearing record.
