The following modules include over-temperature sensing on a per module basis. Relays are mechanically latching, open-air type rated for
500,000 cycles. All relay circuits possess zero-cross detection for relay trigger timing extending component life and maintain last state
(open or closed) until signaled or manually manipulated. Dimmers are SCR, forward phasing with 350µs ruse time choices.

The patented Lex Products PowerGATE™ Company Switch provides
a safe and convenient means of supplying access to temporary
power. The space saving, metal enclosure provides both lug style
as well as IEC 60309 pin & sleeve or 16 Series Cam-type outputs
and is available in both beige and black finishes. Connections are
protected by a 100% rated electronic trip main breaker. Company
Switches with Cam-type connections are available in 100, 200 and

Description:
The Emergency Lighting Transfer Switch (ELTS) system switches
power from a normal source to an emergency source when a power
outage is detected. The ELTS provides a feature rich interface

Application:
When a power loss occurs, it is critical that emergency lighting
systems turn on to enable safe egress from the building. The
PowerGATE™ ELTS provides a cost effective, UL Listed 1008 transfer
switch option that reduces the need for separate emergency lighting
systems.

EverGrip cable retrofits for 19-pin multi-cable, 7 and 14 pin motor control and ARRI ballast
extensions include the removal of original connectors, and the installation of clear heat
shrink to each cable end. New molded connectors are then pinned to the cable ends and a
continuity test is performed prior to the EverGrip overmold procedure. After connectors are

Lex Products Standard Cable Repair Overview:
Standard cable repair services include inspection of the cable jacket and
conductors for cuts, as well as a continuity test. Repairs include heavy wall
heat shrink application for jacket cuts, replacement of all connectors and
terminals, and tape and label replacement (if replaceable). Clear heat shrink
is installed to each cable end. All cables receive a final continuity test.

STOW/STW (Service, Thermoplastic jacket, Oil resistant
jacket, Weather resistant): Hard service thermoplastic cord
which will deform under extreme pressure or heat. STOW
features an oil resistant jacket and is for indoor/outdoor
use with heavy tools, equipment, portable lights and power
extensions. STOW meets CSA approval for outdoor use as
STW.
SOOW Portable Cord, SOOW Portable
Control Cable (Service, Oil resistant jacket, Oil
resistant insulation, Weather resistant): Has a tough, flexible
Thermoset rubber jacket which is abrasion, sunlight, ozone,
oil and chemical resistant. SOOW is also water submersible
and flame retardant. SOOW is designed for indoor and
outdoor use with industrial equipment, heavy tools, battery
chargers, portable lights and power extensions. SOOW
meets CSA APPROVAL for outdoor use.
STO (Service, Thermoplastic, Oil resistant jacket): same as
STOW but for indoor use only.
STW (Service, Thermoplastic, Weather resistant): same as
STOW but jacket is not oil resistant. STW meets CSA
approval for outdoor use.
SJ (Service, Junior): Junior service cord (300V). SJ has an all
SVT (Service, Vacuum, Thermoplastic): same as SV but with
rubber construction, remains flexible at low temperatures,
and is designed for indoor use with portable tools,
equipment and motors.

SPT-1 & 2 (Service, Parallel, Thermoplastic): PVC insulated,
SV (Service, Vacuum): Junior light-duty vacuum cord (300V).
extra flexible parallel cord for use in household appliances,
including clocks, fans, radios, and most often, SPT-2 in
lamps.
SV remains flexible at low temperatures and is for use with
vacuum cleaners and other light-duty equipment.
SPT-1.5 (Service, Parallel Thermoplastic): AWM Style 20288,
SVO (Service, Vacuum, Oil resistant jacket): same as SV, but
PVC insulated, extra flexible parallel cord for use as internal
wiring of appliances or can be woven through links of
chains (suspended fixtures).
