TURBO GEN SERVICES
SAP SCHEDULER TUTUKA
This role schedules and captures notifications on SAP for Site (Preventative and Corrective Maintenance).
The incumbent’s duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Data or spreadsheet formulation to monitor
defects/notifications Progress feedback on notifications Statistical reports of due date performance on notifications/orders
Database of plant components serial numbers Attendance of all site safety meetings.
The successful candidate must meet the following basic requirements: A recognised trade (Engineering) and an N4
At least 3 years hands-on experience on turbo-generator plant or diploma in the field of expertise Sound planning experience
Sound interpersonal, organisational and communication skills The ability to work independently or with little supervision
Computer literacy (MS Projects, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Baan/SAP) Knowledge of the SAP system Fair knowledge
of turbine and auxiliary plant systems and components Excellent planning and scheduling skills Good communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills Innovative In-depth knowledge of notification planning/scheduling techniques Honesty and
reliability Deadline focus Availability when required at short notice.

TECHNICIAN CONDITION MONITORING DUVHA
The successful candidate will carry out condition monitoring and analysis of data on rotating plant.
The incumbent’s duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Testing and test report production SHEQ.
The successful candidate must meet the following basic requirements: An N6/S4 Mechanical Engineering. Vibration
1, 2 and 3 will be an added advantage Experience in Vib 1, Vib 2, Vib 3 Experience in bearing failure analysis Experience
in Thermography 1 and Thermography 2 Experience in electrical motor analysis and root cause analysis Experience in
basic tribology 5 years experience Computer literacy Experience in vibration data capturing, analysis and report-writing
Experienced in Thermography image scanning and report-writing Familiarity with industrial safety requirements Good
communication skills Leadership skills In-depth knowledge of RBMware Vibration software Technical knowledge Knowledge
of the Quality Management Systems and ISO standards Knowledge of the OHS Act, as well as construction and environmental
regulations Knowledge of Human Resources and Industrial Relations Self-motivation Self-driven and disciplined Previous
experience in a power generation plant will be an advantage Residence in the eMalahleni area, or willingness to relocate The
ability to work as an individual The ability to act a Site Supervisor if and when required Team player.
