Should your Fissler cookware require warranty service, please contact our Customer Service Department online at
FisslerConcierge@LapineInc.com. Do not send us a product without first contacting us. Upon approval of your claim,

equal or greater retail value will be given.
The following will invalidate your Warranty for any Fissler product:

for a long time may cause the metals to separate and cause irrevocable damage.

neglect, accident, alteration, fire, theft, or use in a commercial establishment.
• Using metal utensils on any Fissler non-stick surface.
