complaint of Jitendra Ram s/o- Sudama Ram of Rishi Aurobindo Nagar, Amrai, PS Durgapur, DistBurdwan, to the effect that on 10.08.13 at around 16.30 hrs the complainant along with his mother

The case was started on the written complaint of Sankar Das (47) S/o Lt Ram Pati Das of Munshi
Premchand Nagar Colony, P.S.- Coke-Oven Burdwan, to the effect that on 02.08.13 around 15:05 hrs the
wife of the complt and some other female members of their locality went to the inside of Jessop factory
to collect fire wood. After some time some female members came to the house of the complt and

withdraw money from ATM Counter at Kulti New Road. But could not access his
money. AT that time one young man aged about 26 to 28 yrs entered inside the said
counter and said the complt. that he wanted to withdraw money. As soon as the
complt. went out of the ATM counter received message in his mobile that Rs
15000/- had been withdrawn from his account which germinated suspect in his
mind and he returned back into the counter and found that the said young man
withdrawing Rs 15000 from the account of the complt. As the compt. shouted the
said person pushed him and tried to flee away. However the complt. with the help of
some other passers by managed to apprehend the said accused and after detaining
him at Kulti Hill colony, he informed the matter to Kulti P.S. Accordingly as per
my direction ASI Tapan Dubey of Kulti P.S. rushed to the spot and took the said
criminal in custody. On being asked the said accused disclosed his identity as Azam
Khan s/o Islam Khan of Village Bamandiha, P.S. Kulti, Dist Burdwan and also
stated that he along with his two other associates came today to withdraw money
from the account of different customers fraudulently. On search of his person Rs
15000/- of Indian currency which he withdrew fraudulently from the account of the
complt. was recovered and accordingly seized by ASI Tapan Dubey under proper
seizure. Subsequently said criminal was arrested and taken to different places by
ASI Tapan Dubey to secure arrest of other accomplices of this case. Mean while as

on 29.08.2013 at 15.15 hrs PSI Sanjib De received one information from his
reliable source that two persons were coming with a Hero Honda Hunk
Motor cycle to sale it to another one near Kamal hotel at Fathepur under
Asansol South PS. So, he diarized the fact vide Asansol South PS G.D.E no
2169 dt. 29.08.2013 and informed to O/C Asansol South PS. And as per
direction of O/C, Asansol (South) PS, he along with force and officer left
P.S. and reached near Kamal Hotel at Fathepur under Asansol South PS at
15.45 hrs and found, as shown by the source, two persons were standing
beside the G.T Road just opposite direction of Kamal Hotel with one Hero
Honda Hunk Motor Cycle . So, he intercepted the two accused persons and
demand papers of the said Hero Honda Hunk Motor Cycle. But they are
failed to produce any paper in respect of possessing Hero Honda Hunk
Motor Cycle. On several interrogations they disclose their identity as (i)
Ritesh Nunia (26yrs) S/o - Chandradeo Nunia (ii) Birju Nunia (25yrs) S/o Doman Nunia both of Dhemo Main Colliery PS- Asansol South Dist
Burdwan and stated that they came there to sale that bike to one party. As
such he seized the said bike as suspicious stolen property from their
possession in presence of witnesses and arrested them with proper arrest
memo. On further interrogation they stated that one Md. Parvej of Karim
Dangal, Near Madrasha, Hirapur PS supplied the stolen Motor cycle for
selling another person and also stated that at present more stolen motor
cycle kept concealed by Md. Pervej . To verify the leading statement of
accused Ritesh Nunia & Birju Nunia PSI Sanjib De himself with force along
with accused persons and seized articles left for Karim Dangal and hold raid
against Md. Pervej and arrested him . On interrogation he confessed his guilt
and as per his statement one black coloured Pulsar M/C recovered and
seized from the possession of accused Parvej . On demand he failed to
produce any valid documents in respect of possessing pulsar M/C noted
above. On being asked Md. Pervej stated that he along with others after
hatching criminal conspiracy has removed the original number plate of the
M/C and on that place he affixed false number plates. He also stated that he
is habituated to deal with such type of crime and also stated that after
procuring the same he used to make forge document in respect of those

On 12/8/13 at 18.25hrs received a written complaint from complainant
Saikh Safique s/o Lt Saikh Rafiq of Sankarpur Canteen, PS-Andal through
C/513 shubendu Mondal forwarded by ASI Banshi Badan Karmakar of
Bonbahal OP to the effect that today i.e on 12/8/13 at 12.00hrs while
complainant was going to Sitalpur siding for his work and reached at
Sitalpur siding at that time with the leadership of Sudipta Paul d/o not
known, ii) Ganesh Kora s/o not known the other accd. persons iii) Dipak
Kora s/o LT Muruli Kora iv) Nabin Kora s/o Gour Kora, v) Dilip Kora s/o
Arun Kora vi) Pradip Badyakar s/o not known all of Chandidangal, Sitalpur,
PS-Andal, dist-Burdwan except Sudipta Paul restrained the complainant and
started abuse language on asked they could his caller and fell down on the
ground and assaulted him mercilessly by lathi, bamboo, kick etc, while
complainant started hue & cry for self defence, the accd. persons threatened
the complainant with dire-consequence. Hearing hue & cry the local people
came forward and the the accd,. Sudipta Paul and others fled away from the
spot and one Ganesh Kora was caught by local peoples and recovered
bombs, arms & ammunition from his possession and informed to police
