Objective
A training course which explains in detail the Network Manager software and its relationship to
other hardware and software components. Troubleshooting and configuration exercises are
essential elements of the training to assure that the attendants gain a comprehensive
understanding of the software’s operation.

Pre-requisites
The attendees should have basic knowledge about Networking, TCP/IP, SNMP and Fault
Monitoring. Basic Windows OS administration skills are required. At least basic knowledge of
