electrical enclosures offering dust and ingress protection for

Deltron’s Heavy Duty IP66 range of enclosures
is ideal for industrial applications where
a robust box with ingress protection is a
priority in the design process. The lid has four
locating lugs which ensures that the contact
between the lid and base is always uniform.
They are supplied with DIN rail stand-offs
and depending on the size of the enclosure,
multiple DIN rails. Internal earth points both in
the lid and the base allow for the fitting of an
earth link.

To make it easy for you, 3D CAD and PDF drawings
are available on our comprehensive website for instant
download for all Deltron Enclosures which can be
integrated into your design software, allowing you to create a 3D model of your requirements quickly and simply. You
can then email or fax your drawing to us (even hand drawn hole locations and specifications are acceptable) and our
highly trained team will send you a quotation. For other manufacturers’ enclosures, we will gladly source you a drawing
which you can use to show your customisation requirements.
Our engineers will then create a drawing and sample of your requirements and upon your approval, begin the
production process.

DEM Manufacturing is part of the Alpha 3 Manufacturing
group. We have a sub-contract division which enables our
enclosures to be fully populated with components, cables and

In addition to aluminium and steel enclosures, DEM also manufacture ABS and polycarbonate products.
These are either in the form of enclosures or components that form part of a finished product.
Within our 4,000m² facilities we have a dedicated machine shop providing
custom specific product. We also manufacture the mouldings and housings
that support our own extensive range of products.
Tool design is critical in ensuring the longevity of the tool without compromise to
the quality of the component. Our dedicated team of engineers are able to design
the tooling in conjunction with the customer. Our injection moulding machines
range from 25 tonne for small components up to 200 tonne for electrical/
electronic enclosures.
Prototype units are an essential part of the design
process, using 3D printing technology we are able
to produce prototype units prior to the tool being
manufactured, therefore saving time and investment.
Tool design can be created from 3D customer
drawings or from an existing product.

About Us
Enclosures
For over 50 years, Deltron Enclosures has been recognised as a market leader
in the manufacture and supply of industrial electronic enclosures.
Established in 1946 and originally based in London (Deltron Components Limited),
the brand has continued to strengthen from its early days of offering general
purpose aluminium enclosures, and in more recent times, designing and
manufacturing IP rated aluminium enclosures, plastic enclosures and now
heavy duty and steel enclosures.
Since 2000, and following the relocation to the DEM Manufacturing facility in North Lincolnshire, we have been
providing a full customisation service to our customers. All enclosures can be customised and finished to your
exact requirements including machining, surface treatment, nylon and powder coating, and component assembly.

DEM Manufacturing manufacture a wide range of electro-mechanical solutions including EMC filters (Roxburgh),
aluminium enclosures (Deltron), professional audio connectors (Deltron), and broadcast patching products (bes).
CCS Electronics is a sub-contract manufacturer specialising in the manufacture of cable harness, box build and
electro-mechanical assembly. CCS is highly experienced in a wide range of industries including industrial, medical,
wafer fab, test and measurement, military and automotive.
CTL Manufacturing is a sub-contract manufacturer specialising in the manufacture of cable harness, looms,
