SCHOLARSHIPS 3 000 € There will be a limited number of scholarships available for delegates from low-income and middleincome countries. The visibility of your organization will depend on the amount you are willing to contribute. You may choose to cover either the full cost of participation or just part ot fhe expenses (e.g. lodging, food or travel costs). These options will be introduced below. 8. ADVERTISEMENT, FLYER OR BROCHURE INSERT IN THE CONFERENCE BAG 1 000 € + VAT Every delegate will receive a conference bag containing the programme book and other related information. You can gain visibility and inform delegates about your products, services or project results by adding an advertisement, flyer or a brochure in the conference bag. By investing 1 000 euros, your organization will get : Advertisement, flyer, brochure or corporate gift in the delegates’ bags (partner organizations are responsible for producing and delivering the material to the conference organizers on time. Deadline will be agreed upon at a later stage). Maximum size of brochure is A4 and four pages. 9. ADVERTISEMENT IN THE HANDBOOK 1 000−2 000 € + VAT You can promote your organisation or advertise your upcoming events in the conference programme book which will be distributed to all delegates. It is possible to buy either a full page, half a page or quarter of a page adverts. 10. EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITIES An exhibition booth remains the most effective way to demostrate new products, disseminate information and gain visibility. For exhibitors Safety 2016 provides an opportunity to network, interact and share knowledge with different injury prevention and safety promotion experts from national and international organisations. There will be several options available for the exhibitors – e.g. different sizes of stands, floor space and tables. The remaining sites are available for general allocation on a ‘first in’ basis. The sites can be applied for by filling in an exhibition application form online. We recommend completing and returning the application form early on in order to secure your choice of location. A summary of all your exhibition space reservations (i.e. booth, table, floor space) will be attached to your invoice. ACCOMMODATION Exhibitors will have the possibility to book accommodation at the conference hotels with discounted rates. Further details can be found on the conference website. CANCELLATION AND INSURANCE OF THE EXHIBITION SPACE For cancellations received in writing by 15 July 2016, a 100 % refund will be provided. For cancellations made between16 July to 18 August 2016, a cancellation fee of 50 % of the total invoiced amount will be charged. There will be no refund of the invoiced amount for cancellations made after 18 August 2016. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to ensure that the goods on display are adequately insured for theft and damage.
