One of the unique performance characteristics of an amine phosphate, such as NA-LUBE AW-6010, is the ability to improve the antiwear performance of well selected sulfurized extreme pressure agents. As depicted below, the addition of 2.0% NA-LUBE AW-6010, reduces the scar diameter from 0.81 mm to 0.51 mm. However, additional NA-LUBE AW-6010 to approximately 6% is required to return the weld load back to the starting level of >300 kgf.
