IHiS shall receive the Service Provider’s duly completed Proposal on or before 4th
of October 2016, 1500 hours Singapore time (“Closing Date”). All Proposals
should be sent to the attention of the IHiS’ primary/secondary contacts named in
Clause Error! Reference source not found. of this document. IHiS will not accept
delivery of a Proposal by facsimile or electronic mail. It shall be the responsibility
of the Service Provider to ensure delivery of the Proposal by hand to the address
stated in Clause Error! Reference source not found. below by the Closing Date.
