The artist who designed it got the idea when the artist saw a seagull lifting off from in front of Yokohama Bay Bridge. One of the largest pieces of stained glass in the world, created based on an image drawn by the artist who was inspired by the stars in the night sky on June 2, 1994, the date of the anniversary of the opening of the port and the day the National Convention Hall opened.
