NG2, a chondroitin 4 epitope that is a marker for vascular smooth muscle cells; and
the yellow color is their colocalization. The balanced NG2/CD31 antigen ratio seen

mice. Prolylcarboxypeptidase (PRCP) deficient cells have reduced endothelial cell
growth and migration. PRCP deficient mice (PRCPgt/gt) have reduced angiogenesis
