How to resolve LED polarity issue.
Regular incandescent miniature bulbs can draw current in either direction,
there are no “positive” or “negative” sides on the bulb. Thus, the bulb will work
regardless of which direction it is inserted.
LED bulbs, however, only draw current in one direction. So if the wedgebased and festoon LED bulbs are inserted incorrectly, they will not work. The
instructions below will assist you with avoiding polarity issues which causes
the LED not to light up.

Installation tips:

Remove the LED from the socket
Flip the LED
Insert LED back into the socket
Check to ensure LED lights up
Do not force LED or alter socket. Be sure that you have the
right LED for your application.
