Premiere Ice Melt with calcium magnesium acetate ( CMA ) Item # PRE50
Must contain the equivalent of 20% CMA.
Vendor must show percentage of CMA requirement by providing product literature with bid.
CMA is an essential ingredient.
Vendor must provide a sample of the product along with the material safety data sheets to George Sattiewhite at the Central Warehouse
before or at time of bid opening. Failure to comply may result in the rejecton of your bid response.
Detail specifications:
**The awarded vendor will make delivies of the product to CWD on an AS NEEDED BASIS ONLY. Vendor will be contacted by CWD's
representative for the release of materials**
The approved product shall contain the equivalent of 20% CMA (calcium magnesium acetate). CMA is to be an essential ingredient. This
ingredient has proven to be, for other city locations, a more effective corrosion inhibitor, and also provides greater protection against
concrete spalling.
Sample together with product material safety data sheet must be submitted with bid, no exceptions.
Please be governed accordingly. The approved product shall provide the following application benefits:
1. PRODUCT SHALL BE NONTOXIC, NONFLAMMABLE, AND FAA ACCEPTABLE.
2. EASY APPLICATION, REQUIRING NO PERSONAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT.
3. NON-CORROSIVE AND NON-DESTRUCTIVE TO CONCRETE OR ASPHALT FOUNDATIONS.
4. NON-DAMAGING TO SOD AND OTHER ORNAMENTAL VEGETATION.
5. SHALL BE DELIVERED IN
50 LB. PACKAGING AS REQUESTED.
6. MELTING POINT OF - 8 F
7. IT-88 FOR INSTANT TRACTION
8.PRODUCT SHALL BE FREE FLOWING WITH ANTI-CAKING AGENTS FOR EASY USE OR LONG STORAGE TIME.
9. PRODUCT IS TO HAVE RESIDUAL ACTION.

Price quoted shall be F.O.B. delivered to the place designated on purchase order. No other terms will be acceptable.
Delivery quoted must be stated in terms of work days after receipt of the order.
All charges for shipping must be included within the Unit Price for each item quote unless otherwise designated by a separate line with a
specified dollar amount inclusive of all shipping charges.
No freight charges will be considered nor processed for payment unless apart of the original quote submitted prior to bid award.
