TEC ARC CALIBOX 6000i AMPS AND VOLTS CALIBRATED METER BOX
The Calibox 6000i is a separate digital display box which sits on top or next to a welding machine to
give accurate readout of welding parameters & give the operator a calibrated machine. The Calibox
6000i dc is for MIG & MMA & runs off the welding volts (max. 100VDC) and does not need any
external supply to run it.
The Calibox 6000i have a large bright, easy to read LED display and with no moving parts are not
susceptible to vibration and grinding dust, etc.
The calibox 6000i comes calibrated to BS EN 50504 :2008 and is issued with a calibration
certification for one year. This enables you to connect it to any mig or mma welding machine that
does not have any meters fitted and you have a machine that can be used to weld to BS EN 50504
standards.
The BS EN 50504 is the current welding machine calibration standard required for structural steel
welding and meets the new BS EN 1090 structural steel CE regulation.
The Calibox 6000i is a simple way to meet the new calibration requirements of welding machines
and can be easily installed and re-calibrated.
The Calibox 6000i connects to any mig / mma welding machine very simply. The welding earth lead
plugs into the calibox. There is a short welding cable to connect from the calibox to the welding
machine`s earth return socket. The there is a thin wire to connect to the welding machines positive
welding connection.
All Calibox`s are manufactured by us to order and delivery would be approximately 3-4 days or
order.

quality components and all comply with CE requirements. All recondition machines, are completely overhauled, fully weld
tested and checked for safety, and are sold with a 3 month return to base warranty. Conditions of return to base (RTB)
warranty are as follows: The machine will be repaired free of parts and labour for 3 months from the date of dispatch from our
works. The purchaser is responsible for shipping charges to us. Tec arc will pay for return to the customer. There will be a
charge if the fault or damage has been caused by mis-use by the purchaser or if no faults can be found with the
machine. Because we design and manufacture welding machines, parts are kept in stocked, on our premises, and full
