Management Liability (EML) coverage protects your educational entity as well as your faculty members,
administrators, volunteers, board members and other staff from liability claims that can arise during the
educational process.
Educators Management Liability — Combines three essential coverages in one product:
• Educators Legal Liability — Covers negligent acts, errors, omissions or breaches of duty arising
out of rendering or failure to render educational services by any insured.
• Directors and Officers Liability — Protects the educational entity as well as your directors,
board members, officers, trustees and executive officers from liability claims that can arise during their
service to your educational institution.
• Employment Practices Liability — Protects the educational entity against lawsuits that can arise
from allegations of wrongful employment practices made by staff members or prospective employees.

• Low deductibles
• Liability limit up to $1 million. Higher limits can be purchased with a GuideOne Umbrella policy
