Prices ... (no matter if an “Ahead” design, a customer logo, flat embroidery, or applique embroIdery)
$4.00/sleeve if 6 pcs/colorway
$3.00/sleeve if 12 pcs./colorway (or thereafter in additional increments of 6 pcs)
G. BLANK GARMENTS
1.
If you need to do this, just take the “left chest” price in Section C and reduce it by $4.00/garment (no
other savings apply).
2.
Minimums Per Style/Color/Size ... There aren’t any! You can order 1 piece of X style in Y color in Z
size if you really, really need/want to.
3.
Minimum Order ... There is also no minimum order so you can ship a customer 1 piece if you really,
really need to but, please realize, THERE WILL BE NO COMMISSION PAID ON ANY BLANK
ORDER LESS THAN $100 PER ORDER IF THERE IS NO OTHER EMBROIDERED GOODS OR
KATE LORD ITEMS BEING SHIPPED ON THE SAME SALES ORDER NUMBER (so, if, you just
need to add a piece or two of a blank Kate Lord garment to an embroidery order or an order for
Kate Lord headwear, you can do that but, still, if the total dollars for the blanks you are ordering do
not total over $100, there will be no commission on the blanks).
H. ART/DIGITZING CHARGES
1.
If using an Ahead name-drop alternative graphic (pre-designed by Ahead) AS IS with no alterations
whatsoever ... No art charge, no digitizing charges.
2.
If/when using for the first time (so, if already used for headwear the garment order is not the first time) your
customer’s own logo (whether by itself or “dropped-into” an Ahead alternative graphic) the following charges
(see A, and B below) apply for any/all types of embroidery (flat, 3D, bounce, applique, etc.)
A.
Digitizing Charge - If No Useable “Digitization” (embroidery disk, “DST” file by email, etc.) sent with
order then there will be a $75.00 digitizing charge if the initial order is less than 3 dozen garments
that utilizes the custom logo even if we receive good, clean, scanable art!
If we get with the order a useable digitization (as defined in “A” above) there will be no digitizing
charges.
B.
Art Charge - If no useable digitization is sent (as defined in “A” above), we must receive good, clean
art to do our digitizing from otherwise, there will also be a $50.00 art charge on any initial garment
order of not more than 6 dozen for a given custom logo.
