Kickoff Speaker:
Bonnie Artman Fox
“Culture by Choice or Chance?”
The culture of any organization is what drives productivity and
ultimately bottom line results. Despite knowing how important
culture is to overall success, few organizations have an intentional
plan to build a high performing culture as they do a business,
marketing, or sales plan. In this keynote program you will
discover how to be intentional about creating a high performing
culture. Learning objectives: • Why culture is so closely linked to
success • How culture usually happens in organizations • The 8
steps to becoming more intentional about your culture • Why
behaviors are more important than values • How to sustain your
efforts for years, not months.
