Robert has also held positions as Director and Global Markets Executive at SHRM, as well as Corporate Director of HR for Baptist Health South Florida and SVP-Managing Director at Lee Hecht Harrison. Throughout his career, Robert has created multiple multinational programs, worked with other countries’ HR associations, as well as creating management development programs and managing multi-specialty medical centers. Robert obtained a Masters of Business Administration from Florida International University and is a distinguished graduate of Nova Southeastern University with a B.S. in Business and Management, and is now an adjunct faculty member at Florida International University living with his family in Miami, Florida with his wife and two daughters.
