Mounting Rails
Rails are available with either 10-32 tapped
mounting holes or clip-nut configurations.
14–Gauge Steel Construction
With a weight capacity of 2,000 lbs., Pioneer’s
heavy-duty frame uses the Interweld™ design
with cross braces interlocked and welded into the
corner post.
Choose the quantity, style, and hinged
preference door (front and rear) that best
suits your application. If not specified, each
door will be left hinged. Be sure to order your
handles. Handles/locks must be ordered as
a separate line item—they are not included
in door part number. See page 19 for a listing
of the available lock & handle options.

panels and in solid or perforated configurations.

Front and/or Rear Doors
Doors are available in solid, vented, perforated,
perforated edge Plexiglas* and solid edge Plexiglas
configurations. Can be either left- or right-hand
swinging. Solid, vented and perforated doors
are also available in split design. Don’t forget to
specify the handle type you require; non-locking,
key-lock or combination lock. Three-point latching
kits are also available for most doors.
Rack-Mount or Vertical Power Strips
Add the power management accessories that your
installation needs. Our Power Options line offers
many different types of power, from rack-mount to
vertical, from 15-amp to 20-amp and from low- to
high-density.

Side Panels
Several styles of side panels are available to fit
your installation and ventilation requirements,
from solid, vented or fully perforated. Side panels
sold in pairs and include a lock on each panel for
added security.

Pioneer cabinets are available in 4 color choices. Add
the code letter for the color you want to each part
number. Color choices and code letters are: Black – M,
Computer Gray – F, Light Gray – P or Royal Blue – E.

Raised Pontoon Sub-Base
Three-inch pontoon sub-base raises valuable equipment off the floor
and can accommodate casters. Base includes levelers for on-site
cabinet leveling. Bases can be inverted and used with anchor kits for
floor mounting applications.

The Optima•Stantron Glide & Turn Rack provides
full access to rack mounted electronic components.
The Optima•Stantron GTR is available in 19" or 23"
deep options with various heights ranging from 10
rack units to 30 rack units. After removing the security
panel from the rack, the installer or service technician
easily glides the GTR rack from the millwork. Turning
the rack for full access to components is smooth and
convenient. The lockable turntable rotates up to 90° in
either direction by releasing a simple lever. The smooth
turntable provides multiple locking points. Optional
cable management features are provided with the
installer and service technician in mind, and optional
lacing bars can be added to the base and gliding rack.
The Optima•Stantron GTR includes many cable tie-off
points on almost every component. Wiring is quick and
easy! The GTR rack is fully open under the base unit –
providing plenty of natural air movement.
