The Thermal Arc FABRICATOR is
exceptionally versatile single phase
constant voltage power source. The
FABRICATOR allows solid wire short
circuit, globular and spray transfer
welding and flux cored wire in
globular or spray transfer modes. The
unit is 300 Amp, 60% duty cycle and
is NEMA EW-1, CSA approved.
A standard 19-pin amphenol
connector and dual auxiliary power
outlets permit the use of Model 17A,
Porta-Feed® 17A, 2210, and 2410
Thermal Arc wire feeders.
The FABRICATOR offers a total of 36
voltage steps, through four coarse
positions and nine fine positions at
approximately .6 Volt per step. This
provides precise control for both solid
and flux cored wire applications.
