An operating manual and maintenance manual shall be provided to the building
owner. The manuals shall include, at a minimum, the following:

The electrical plans show general arrangements and locations for equipment
conduit, outlets, etc. Unless detailed or dimensioned, exact locations of conduit,
routing of cables and placement of equipment will be governed by structural
conditions, physical interference, owner equipment, and locations of electrical
termination on equipment. Examine architectural, structural, and mechanical
plans and shop drawings for the various equipment in order to determine exact
