Kids on Campus Policies
The Kids on Campus programs are intended to be an educational, fun experience for children. To insure
a healthy and happy summer, a few new initiatives are in place:
 Registration: A Health & Waiver form must be completed for children 17 & under. This form is available
online at www.ocean.edu/cpe.htm.
 Emergency Information: In the event of an emergency, it is imperative that the college has current contact
numbers. If your number changes, even where you will be for the day, please provide this information
to the instructor when dropping off your child.
 Daily Check In/Out Procedures: Students must be signed in and out of camp by a parent, legal guardian
or legally designated adult. It is imperative that children are picked up promptly at the end of class.
Plan to register early, as class size is limited. Registration information is at the bottom of this page.
Lunch Care Program
We are offering students who wish to stay between their morning and afternoon camps a supervised
lunch hour in our brand NEW Student Center! Students can bring their own lunch or purchase from
our NEW rotating kid’s camp menu which includes a healthy snack and beverage with the main meal.
Campers will then be escorted to their afternoon classes. Only morning camps that end at noon are
available for this program. Child care is offered at no cost. Lunch purchase $6 per day/$30 per week.
Students must register for the lunch care program using the codes on page 22.
MOMS! DADS! GRANDPARENTS!
