LIMITEDLIABILITYWARRANTY
U.S.BatteryManufacturingCompanyguaranteesitsproductstobefreeofanymanufacturingdefectsfora
periodof12months.ThisLimitedLiabilityWarrantyonlycoversdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipandis
subjecttotheexclusionslistedbelow. Thefreeone-yearreplacementperiodbeginsatdateindicatedonthe
terminalofthebattery. Nolaborortransportationexpensesareincludedinthislimitedwarranty(US1800
andall“E”linebatteriescarryareducedsix-monthfreereplacementperiod).ThisLimitedLiabilityWarranty
islimitedtotheoriginalpurchaserofthebattery,andisnottransferabletoanyotherpersonorentity.
Anyimpliedwarrantyofmerchantabilityorfitnessforaparticularpurposeshallbevoidandexcluded
subsequentto12monthsfromthedateofpurchase(asidentifiedontheterminalofthebattery). The
replacementofthebatteryistheexclusiveremedyunderthiswrittenwarrantyoranyimpliedwarranty. U.S.
BatteryManufacturingCompanymakesnootherrepresentationorwarrantyofanykind,andno
representative,employee,distributorordealerhastheauthoritytomakeorimplyanyrepresentation,
promise,oragreement,whichinanywayvariesthetermsofthislimitedwarranty. Allbatteriesbeing
submittedforwarrantymustbereturnedtotheplaceofpurchasefortestingandevaluation.Proofof
purchasewillberequired.
IfyourU.S.BatteryauthorizedDistributoroffersextendedoradditionalwarrantiesotherthanthoselistedin
thisdocument,U.S.Batteryacceptsnoresponsibilityandyoushouldcontactyourdistributorforanywarranty
claims.
Onsiteevaluationservicemaybeavailableinmostlocationsatanadditionalcharge.Servicechargeswillvary
fromlocationtolocation,distancetraveledandnumberofbatteriesinvolved.ContactyourlocalU.S.Battery
Distributorformoreinformation.

Abuseorneglectsuchasimproperfluidlevels,loosewiring,orrustedorcorrodedhardware;
Lackofpropermaintenance;
Damagecausedbyimproperinstallationofthebattery;
Neglect,breakage,freezing,fire,explosion,wreckage,ortheadditionofanychemical;
Batteriesthathavebeenexposedtoexcessiveheatortocoldtemperatures;
Batteriesthathavehadthemanufacturingdatecodesdestroyedortamperedwith;
Theoperationofthebatteryorbatterysetsinanoverchargedorunderchargedcondition;or
Batterieschargedbysystemsotherthantheoriginalequipmenttypebatterychargerorcharging
systemsnotapprovedbyU.S.Battery.
This Limited Liability Warranty does not cover batteries sold by U.S. Battery or any authorized U.S. Battery
distributor or dealer to third-party equipment manufacturers. Please contact the vehicle or equipment
manufacturerforwarrantyinformation.
This Limited Liability Warranty does not apply to USB AGM or the USB RE battery lines. Please refer to
separatewarrantiesrelatedtotheseproducts.

WarrantyLimitations
U.S. Battery’s liability shall be to replace thedefective battery. Replacement shall mean furnishing a new
batteryorusedbatterywithsufficientlifetocompletethewarrantyterm,whichisincidentalorreasonably
equivalenttothewarrantedproduct,atnocosttothepurchaserduringthereplacementperiod.
Damagenotresultingfromadefectinmaterialsor workmanshipor whichoccursduetoabuseorneglect
(includingfailuretoprovidereasonableandnecessarymaintenance),transportation,accidentoralterationis
excludedfromthislimitedwarranty.
LegalRights
ThisLimitedLiabilityWarrantygivesyouspecificrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrightswhichmayvary
fromcountrytocountryorstatetostate.Somecountriesandstatesdonotallowanylimitationonhowlong
animpliedwarrantylastsortheexclusionorlimitationofincidentalorconsequentialdamages,sotheabove
limitationsmaynotapplytoyou.

Batterydistributor.Iftheproductneedstobereturnedforverificationofyourclaim,returntheproduct,at
your expense, along with the original proof of purchase to your authorized U.S. Battery Distributor or
contactyourlocalU.S.Batterydistributortodiscusstheirspecificpick-upanddeliverychargesandpolicies.
