The following are not permitted on the Fairgrounds: Pets, Weapons, Alcohol, Skateboards, Roller Blades, Metal Detectors, Hoverboards and Soliciting. Bicycles are not permitted within the inner-grounds during Fair. Grandstand Information For your safety and the safety of all our guests, posted Grandstand Rules and Regulations will be enforced by Fair security and ushers. Courtesy is expected. Fair ushers and security have the authority to ask anyone to leave the grandstand at any time. Paid admission does not guarantee grandstand seating. Smoking Areas For guests’ safety, we have designated smoking areas on the grounds. Please refer to the map for locations. Fair Lunch Pass Available weekdays 11 am - 1 pm. Park between Gates 2 and 3 on the grass lot. Pick up pass at Fair Office with a $10 deposit. Enter at Main Gate. Return to office by 2 pm for a full refund. Traffic Vehicle traffic is heaviest during the hours of 5 pm - 8 pm each day. On Sunday at approximately 1 pm - 4 pm downtown Goshen and the east entrance to the Fair via County Road 34 will be closed to vehicle traffic due to the parade. We recommend visiting 4HFair.org before you travel, for the latest information concerning recommended traffic routes, road construction and Fair activities that would affect traffic. Animals Have Different Bacteria Than Humans Please take precautions! • Avoid eating and drinking in barns. • Place pacifiers, bottles and sippy cups in diaper bags before entering livestock areas. • Wash hands thoroughly upon exiting. Major Attractions Kachunga & the Alligator at the Family Entertainment Center Watch in astonishment as Kachunga, a real American Bushman, apprehends a ferocious man-eating reptile with his bare hands. Kachunga dismisses many misleading issues about the American Alligator educating with real facts about the wild reptile.
