The compact system series CBP includes in one single item a
fixed point heating system with reduced size, which keeps the
water temperature in the radiant panels constant to the pre-set
value, mixing the high temperature water coming from the boiler
with the water in the heating panels.
A thermostatic valve with remote sensor detects the
temperature based on the pre-set value, fills the circuits with the
high temperature water so to compensate the loss of thermal
power of the radiant panels.
The compact system series CBP has been studied for small
rooms.
This type of system can supply a max thermal power of 8kW
with a ∆t of 10°C.

THERMOSTAT:
Connect the thermostat following the chart below, note:
 Terminal C: common entry
 Terminal 1: opens the circuit as the temperature increases
 Terminal 2: closes the circuit as the temperature increases
Normally in the heating systems connect the user to terminal C and 1 of the
thermostat
OPERATING INSTRUCTION
Installation of the thermostatic head for the fixed point:
 Remove the protection cap on the thermostatizable valve.
 Set the thermostatizable valve to the max value, to ease the installation, and
screw it on the valve.

 Place the head bulb in the fixing device
 To regulate the flow:
o Unscrew the ABS “A” cap
o With a socket head screw CH.6 gently close the obturator “B”;
o Open the obturator with the same number of turn sas those shown in the
flow diagram.
o Screw back the ABS “A” cap
The flow is indicated in the flowmeters by the top of the ball cock .
NOTE: after the test for pressure of the system is highly recommended to remove
the pressure. A difference in pressure between inet and outlet of the valve, higher
than 1 bar could cause the misplacement of the O-ring tightness.
