Q2 limited lifetime warranty
All Q2 chairs are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. The limited warranty begins on the date of purchase. Lifetime component includes the control
mechanism, base, and frame. Three (3) year warranty on foam & casters. Fabric is warranted for one (1) year from deterioration due to defects. Leather is not
warranted against routine scratching and scuffing as leather is subject to minor blemishing while in use. Warranties apply to the original purchaser only for
normal commercial use, meaning by persons weighing 250 lbs or less and working a standard 40-hour week. When product is used more than 40 hours
per week, a limited (5) year warranty applies to all parts, subject to the same exclusions noted above. Warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from
misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond our control or the control of our factory sources.
Warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage resulting from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded. The user assumes all
risk of injury from use of this product. All other warranties, expressed or implied prior, are disclaimed. All “clearance” chairs have a one-year limited warranty.
All Q2 chairs meet or exceed ansi-bifma x5.1-2001 Standards compliance based on testing done by independent testing laboratories. Fabrics and
foam on most models meet California 117 fire standards.
