Product Certification System:
The ICC-ES product certification system includes evaluating reports of tests of standard manufactured
product, prepared by accredited laboratories and provided by the listee, to verify compliance with applicable

Evaluation:
The Chroma, Koda ZT and Varia Ecoresin panels were evaluated based on testing to the following
standards:
 ASTM E84-2013a and ASTM E84-2009, Standard Test Method for Surface Burning Characteristic of
Building Materials, ASTM International.
 UL 723-2008 (with Revisions through September 2010) and UL 723-2008, Standard for Test for Surface
Burning Characteristics of Building Materials, Underwriters Laboratories, Inc.
 NFPA 286-2015 and NFPA 286-2011, Standard Methods of Fire Test for Evaluating Contribution of Wall
and Ceiling Interior Finish and Room Fire Growth, National Fire Protection Association.
Findings:
The products meet interior finish classifications as noted in Tables 1 through 3, based on testing in
accordance with ASTM E84/ UL 723, as referenced in the applicable sections of the following code editions:
 2015 and 2012 International Building Code
Applicable Section: 803.1.1 and 803.1.2

 2015 and 2012 International Residential Code
Applicable Section: R302.9

Since the IRC does not define interior finish classifications as Class A, B, or C, they are defined below for
convenience.
Class A: = Flame Spread Index 0-25, Smoke Developed Index 0-450
Class B: = Flame Spread Index 26-75, Smoke Developed Index 0-450
Class C: = Flame Spread Index 76-200, Smoke Developed Index 0-450
Identification:
Each panel is identified by a label bearing the manufacturer’s name (3form), the panel name, the plastic
classification (CC1 or CC2, as applicable), the interior finish classification complying with ASTM E84 (Class
A, B, or C) and/or the interior finish classification complying with NFPA 286 (wall or wall and ceiling), as
applicable, the listing report number (ESL-1019) and/or the ICC-ES evaluation report number (ESR-3676),
and when applicable, the listing mark.
Installation:
The products must be installed in accordance with the 3form published installation instructions and
applicable codes.
Conditions of listing:
