A CONCEPTION BASED ON ENVIRONMENTAL EFFICIENCY: The new range of refrigeration Rack MiniCO2OL® compact uses the natural fluid carbon dioxide (CO2) to provide durable and energy efficient refrigeration solutions. Specifically designed for the supermarkets and discounters, the MiniCO2OL compact system covers a wide range of cooling capacities. In temperate climates, the MiniCO2OL compact demonstrates up to 10% of energy savings compared with the traditional HFC refrigeration systems, leading attractive life cycle costs and a short period of return on investment. The CO2 is the neutral refrigerant by excellence; it has a minimal global warming potential (GWP) for the planet, and a zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP). He is completely compatible with the F-Gas regulation. Economizer cycle: Addition of a complementary compressor operating as economizer. Reduction in the compressors size. Better efficiency of the gas compression in medium pressure: ~30%. COP improvement: ~15%. HEAT RECOVERY MOUNTED AT THE RACK DISCHARGE: The CO2 has excellent properties, particularly a high temperature of discharged gas, allowing to recover more energy at higher temperatures, and this on a regular basis. These characteristics allow to combine simultaneously the production of heating water and hot sanitary water through several heat exchangers. Various configurations are possible with or without gas cooler bypass and always equipped with a set of anti-boiling bypass valves. Directly mounted on the rack, the heat recovery module is connected to the refrigerant circuit, and electrically wired. Possibility to add pumps and energy meter (options). FREQUENCY INVERTER: The frequency inverter is delivered wired on the MT rack and optionally on the LT rack to allow an energy optimization by precise adjustment of the refrigeration capacity to the needs of display cabinets and other cooling devices of the store. These guarantee a flexible running of the rack during under load period (winter) by reducing the Startup/shutdown cycles of the compressors. They also allow to bear the peaks demand (summer) while using a compressor of smaller size (functioning in over-frequency).
